Medical cannabis cultivation facility headquartered near downtown Tulsa looking for an energetic, results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at both the dispensary level as well as other grow professionals in the Oklahoma market. You will be provided all the tools to be successful, you just need to bring the enthusiasm and desire to succeed. Fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running by joining a new state of the art facility with the best staff around. We believe our biggest attributes are our plants and our people!! Company provided vehicle for the right candidate. Salary plus commission in the range of $60,000 to $120,000 annually.


  • Door to Door Introduction and Sales of our new brand(s) hitting the market soon with an ability to get in front of decision makers.

  • Develop and foster business to business relationships for the purpose of clone sales in mass volumes.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and door to door visits.

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled period of time.

  • Willing to coordinate or assist with events at dispensaries and other 3rd party events; nights and weekend flexibility a must.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

  • Continuously improve through feedback and regular communication with other members of the team and management.


  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and other basics.

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.

  • Clean driving record with valid driver's license and ability to be insured as a transporter.

  • Must be able to get transporter license under licensed grower/processor.
